Hainer Place is conveniently located just north of downtown Conway and a few minutes east of Highway 701.
Hainer Place is being developed just off of SC Highway 65, Dargan (129 single family homes) and Mossy Oak Estates (28 single family homes) are a couple of existing subdivisions also just off of SC Highway 65 that are close to where Hainer Place is being developed. Rose Estates is another future subdivision of 80 single family homes adjacent to where Hainer Place is being developed that has now been renamed to become a second phase of Hainer Place. Hainer Place in total then would have 133 single family homes - 53 (initial phase) plus 80 (second phase).
As of February 2025, land continues to be cleared and spec homes are being constructed. Homes are expected to start preselling shortly. Current plans are for Mungo Homes to be building 53 single family homes in Hainer Place in an initial phase and 80 single family homes in a second phase (formerly Rose Estates). The single family homes in Hainer Place will range from 1,148 to 2,223 square feet and pricing is expected to start in the mid $200's.
